Privacy Policy

Online Sales Pro Inc ("Online Sales Pro," "OSP," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at onlinesalespro.com, the Online Sales Pro web and mobile applications, and our free marketing tools (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Our Two Roles: Your Data vs. Your Leads' Data

We handle two different kinds of personal information, and our role is different for each:

• Your data (we are the controller). When you sign up for OSP, visit our website, or contact us, we decide how and why your information is processed. This policy describes that processing in full.
• Your leads' data (we are the processor). When your leads submit their information through landing pages and forms you create with the Service ("Lead Data"), you own and control that data. We process it only on your instructions — to store it, display it in your account, and deliver it to your connected integrations. If you are a lead who submitted information through an OSP-powered page, please contact the business that operated that page; they are responsible for how your information is used, and we will refer any request you send us to them where required.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and business address when you sign up.
• Billing information: handled by our payment processors (see Section 7). We never store or see your full payment card number.
• Content: pages, campaigns, and settings you create in the Service, and messages you send to our support team.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device type and identifiers, operating system, pages visited, time and date of visits, time on page, and referring/exit pages.
• Approximate location: inferred from your IP address, used to operate and localize the Service. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.

What we don't collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information — such as government ID numbers, health information, biometric data, or precise geolocation — and our Terms prohibit customers from collecting such information through the Service.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• To create and manage your account and process payments;
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• To send service communications, such as billing notices and changes to the Service or our terms;
• To send marketing communications about our products and offers — you can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us;
• To monitor usage, analyze trends, and improve features;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers: vendors that help us operate the Service — hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and live chat. They may access personal information only to perform services for us and are contractually barred from using it for anything else.
• Integrations you connect: if you connect a third-party tool (such as an email marketing platform), we transmit your data and Lead Data to it at your direction. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Advertising partners: we use cookies with advertising platforms for remarketing (see Section 6). Depending on your state's law, this may be considered "targeted advertising" or "sharing," and you can opt out (see Section 9).
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: when required by law or valid legal process, or when necessary in good faith to protect our rights or property, investigate wrongdoing, protect the safety of users or the public, or defend against legal liability.

5. Analytics and Advertising

We use third-party analytics (including Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used. We also use remarketing services — including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) — to show you ads on other websites after you visit ours. You can limit this:

• Google: Google Ads Settings and the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on;
• Meta: Meta's ad preferences instructions;
• Industry tools: the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out at optout.aboutads.info;
• Our own opt-out described in Section 9.

Our website may also include social media features (such as share buttons) that can collect your IP address and set cookies; these are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies (beacons, tags, and scripts) to operate the Service, remember your preferences, keep your session secure, analyze usage, and support advertising. Categories we use:

• Essential cookies — required for login, security, and core functionality;
• Preference cookies — remember your settings;
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how the Service is used;
• Advertising cookies — support remarketing as described in Section 5.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Essential features may not work properly without cookies.

7. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party processors that are PCI-DSS compliant. Your payment card details go directly to them; we do not store or collect them. Our processors include:

• ChargeOver — privacy policy
• Stripe — privacy policy
• PayPal / Braintree — privacy policy
• Authorize.net — privacy policy

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage data is generally kept for shorter periods unless needed for security or legal reasons. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information and Lead Data after a reasonable retention period — export your Lead Data before closing your account.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct — fix inaccurate personal information;
• Delete — request deletion of your personal information;
• Portability — receive your information in a commonly used electronic format;
• Opt out of targeted advertising — direct us not to use your information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising;
• Non-discrimination — we will never penalize you for exercising your rights.

You can update most account information directly in your Account Settings. To exercise any other right — including opting out of targeted advertising — email support@onlinesalespro.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will review the appeal.

Global Privacy Control: We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as required by applicable state privacy laws. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.

Marketing emails: opt out anytime using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You will still receive transactional emails about your account and billing.

Lead Data requests: if your information was collected by one of our customers through a page they built with OSP, that customer controls your data. Contact them directly; we will support their compliance with your request as their processor.

10. Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed.

11. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) for sensitive information such as login credentials, and generally accepted standards for protecting information at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have questions about security, contact us.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and our Terms prohibit customers from collecting information about children under 16 through the Service. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Links to Other Sites

The Service may link to websites we don't operate. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the Service before the changes take effect, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
